Hear a pregame session

Every session is built around your position, your hard moment, your cue word.

Start your athlete's 14-day free trial

Before every game, athletes choose their need, their reset anchor, and a cue word. The session builds around those choices: guided narration, about five minutes.

Picture the play. Prepare for pressure. Compete from Christ’s strength.

From Victory brings all three into one guided pregame session, built around your sport, your role, and what you need before you compete.

See your game, not a highlight reel.

Choose up to three plays from your sport and role. A voice guides you through the cues, movement, and decisions that matter, one play at a time.

Practice the response.

You picture a hard moment too, then rehearse the breath, truth, and next action that help you return to the play.

Remember what does not change.

Your identity is secure in Christ before the result. Ask for His strength, then compete without making performance prove your worth.

Rehearse it. Reset from it. Leave it with God.

Three phases. About five minutes. Built from the plays you choose, the pressure you expect, and the truth you need before you compete.

01 · REHEARSE

Choose it. Hear it.

Select up to three plays. With your eyes closed and your phone down, guided audio runs each one with sport-specific cues and real pauses.

02 · RESET

Practice the way back.

The hard moment you selected enters the picture. Take the long exhale, remember what is true, and rehearse the next action you can control.

03 · RELEASE

Leave it with God.

Close in prayer. Ask for Christ’s strength, remember that your identity is secure in Him, and release the result you cannot control.

What you see, and what stays private.

Your dashboard shows you whether your athlete is building the habit, not what they prayed about or worked through inside a session.

Rhythm summary

How often your athlete is training: days active and total sessions completed, so you can see the habit forming without reading over their shoulder.

Never their private space

What happens inside a session stays your athlete's: the focus they pick, the hard moment they name, the prayer they bring. Privacy is a feature, not a loophole.

Not a health service

From Victory is a mindset training app, not a mental health service. The app does not provide therapy, clinical care, or crisis intervention.

Built by a hockey dad

I'm a hockey dad. I've sat in enough rinks to watch what pressure does to young athletes: how quietly they start tying their worth to the last shift, the depth chart, the scoreboard. I built From Victory for my own kids, and for athletes like them: so they'd learn to compete from a settled identity instead of chasing one. Not to win their value. To play from value already given.

Your Identity Is Secure. Compete From Victory.

Questions parents ask.

Can I read what my athlete does inside a session?

No, and that’s by design. Your athlete trains privately. Your dashboard shows their rhythm and participation: which days they trained, how consistently they show up. It never shows what they selected or worked through inside a session. An athlete who knows no one is reading is free to be honest with God and with themselves. That honesty is where the real training happens.

Is this therapy or counseling?

No. From Victory is mental-toughness and mindset training, not therapy, treatment, or clinical care. Think of it like strength work for the inner game: handling pressure, resetting after mistakes, competing from a settled identity. It’s built to sit alongside the people who already support your athlete: you, their coaches, their pastor. If your athlete needs clinical help, that’s a conversation for a licensed professional.

Does visualization actually work?

Often, as a supplement. Research reviews find encouraging average results, with real limits: findings vary by sport, task, and study quality, and the stronger evidence comes from imagery practiced repeatedly over weeks, not one session. It supports training. It never replaces physical reps, coaching, or film. From Victory’s guided audio is how we deliver a structured rehearsal: your athlete picks the plays and the hard moment, hears the reset that follows it, and the session closes with spoken prayer. No promises about tonight’s result.

What does my athlete actually believe here?

From Victory is rooted in historic Christian faith: evangelical, non-denominational Protestant. We read Scripture (NIV) and apply it to real athletic life: fear, failure, pressure, identity. The throughline is simple and central to the gospel: an athlete’s worth is secure in Christ, not earned on the scoreboard. We stay accessible across Protestant traditions and don’t lean on any one denomination’s distinctives.

How old does my athlete need to be?

Thirteen and up. We confirm age at account creation: there’s no account for anyone under 13. For every athlete aged 13 to 17, we apply minor protections by default: no ads, no behavioral analytics, and no third-party tracking, ever. Athletes 18 and older are adults and can create and pay for their own account, or train under a family subscription a parent manages.

How much screen time is this?

Very little, and that’s intentional. The core is one daily training session, about five minutes. On game days, there’s an optional pregame audio session, also around five minutes. Some athletes add a short pre-practice read on practice days. That’s it. From Victory is built to be picked up, used, and put down, not scrolled. We’re after a daily rhythm, not another feed competing for your athlete’s attention.

What does it cost, and can I cancel?

$5 a month, or $49 a year for your first athlete, and $3 a month, or $29 a year, for each additional athlete in your household. First-time subscribers get a 14-day free trial, so you can try the whole thing before you pay anything. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal: no calls, no friction. A household with more athletes pays less per athlete: that’s by design, because the same training serves your whole family.

How does my athlete get the app?

There’s nothing to download from an app store. From Victory is a web app your athlete installs straight from their phone’s browser. On iPhone: tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android: tap Install when prompted. Once it’s on the Home Screen, it opens like any other app. One honest note: on iPhone, daily training reminders only work after it’s been added to the Home Screen.
