Daily training
One mental skill, then a picture of tomorrow's first moment. About five minutes. Built for a school night, not a chapel hour.
You set up at X with the ball and identify where the first slide will come from. A middie crosses midfield on the run. A FOGO sets up at the dot — down, set, clamp. A goalie steps into the cage and calls the hot defender. The hard moment is named before it happens. Identity in Christ is the ground under that picture. Compete From Victory.
Built by a hockey dad, for athletes 13 and up. The same visualization also runs hockey (first shift), basketball (first possession), golf (first tee), football (first snap), baseball (first pitch), and soccer (first touch).
You pick Attack, Midfield, Defense, FOGO — the face-off specialist — or Goalie, then up to three plays from your position's library. The audio walks the first possession of that job, then the hard one: the turnover, the bad penalty, getting shut off. You have already been there once.

Five minutes, headphones on. Your gloves close around the shaft. You set up at X, or set your feet at the dot, or step into the cage and set your angle. The hard moment is named. The body knows the cue.
Get your feet moving, keep two hands on the stick, and communicate through the first rep. Run through every ground ball. Start with the first rep.
Set up at X and read where the first slide comes from. Split dodge, gain a step, turn the corner at GLE, and finish low to high at the far pipe. The turnover is over and already down the field — it doesn't follow you.
Cross midfield on the run and scan the numbers ahead. Get low, scoop through the ground ball with two hands, and move it forward. Both ends, full motor.
Pick up the attackman at X, keep the pole in front, confirm where your help is. Move your feet, stay on his hands, force him behind the cage. When he gains a step, recover and trust the slide. Scoop the loose ball and hit the outlet.
Walk to the X and set your feet at the dot. Down, set — on the whistle, your clamp gets to the ball first. When he wins the clamp, stop the exit and let the wing matchup decide possession.
Step into the cage, call the hot defender and the second slide, set your angle. Track the release off the stick. When one gets by, reset your feet and prepare for the next shot.
A 13-year-old picking up a long pole for the first season, a 16-year-old at a summer showcase, a 20-year-old fighting for a college spot: the first moment is still a real possession. Identity in Christ is the ground under that picture, not the headline of every paragraph. A turnover, a benching, or a loss does not reopen it. You play free because the standing is already settled.
This is visualization training, not a locker-room chapel talk. Not therapy. Not for anyone under 13.
A parent buys and manages the account for athletes 13–17. You see rhythm: they showed up. You do not see what they prayed or which hard moment they named. 18+ can train on their own. 14 days free, then $5/mo or $49/yr for the first athlete. $3/$29 for each additional. Cancel anytime.
From Victory runs in the browser and installs to the home screen. It is not listed on the App Store or Google Play yet. Internal TestFlight and Play Closed Alpha only. Do not look for a public store listing.
